Meet Carolina Caro, Our Founder
Carolina Caro is a speaker, leadership coach, and corporate trainer. She has empowered 10,000+ people to develop conscious leadership skills and inclusive workplaces.
Working with leaders from organizations that include the FBI, NASA, Warner, McDonalds and more, she draws on her diverse background spanning science, business, and the arts to bring a unique perspective to teams, individuals, and audiences and help them identify their blind spots.
Having experienced the transformational power herself, she’s on a mission to help others create the intentional results they desire rather than perpetuating outcomes from their default habits.
CAROLINA'S STORY
The neuroscience behind all the work that we do excites me the most. I’m a scientist by training and have experienced first hand how transformative this process can be.
As the daughter of immigrant parents, I know what it’s like to be affected by Generational Conditioning™ (the beliefs and behaviors that have been passed down to me) and to put in the work to discern which perspectives need to evolve to adapt with ever-changing landscapes. As a student of these principles, my life has been impacted in ways I could have never imagined. In fact, I believe in this work so much that I changed my career path to dedicate my life to this.
The Neuroscience Behind Generational Conditioning
From a young age, we are conditioned to think and behave in certain ways based on our upbringing. These patterns become deeply ingrained and some of them serve to amplify our leadership potential while others detract from it.Â
Changing those patterns requires becoming aware of them, recognizing what triggers them, and consciously choosing a different behavior.

Carolina Caro is a speaker, leadership coach and corporate trainer. She has empowered 10,000+ of individuals and teams to develop conscious leaders and inclusive workplaces by enhancing their self-awareness and identifying blind spots that hinder their leadership potential. She has shared her expertise with leaders from companies such as the FBI, NASA, and Warner.
Carolina trained with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and is credentialed with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) where she maintains her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. She is also a professional speaker, known for her compelling TedX Talk Redefining Success: The Mindful Shift from Me to We.
She earned the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) status with the National Speakers Association, which is held by less than 15% of speakers globally. She is also a member of the Society for Diversity and holds both the Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) credentials.
Carolina is a passionate advocate for diversity, which has shaped every aspect of her life. She is a Montreal native with both Hispanic and Indian roots, fluent in English, Spanish and French. Her educational background is just as rich and diverse, with an undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology, a Masters degree in Science (Experimental Medicine), a Masters degree in Business Administration and a professional certificate in acting from the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre in New York.
With a multicultural sensitivity and a diverse background spanning science, business, and the arts, she brings a unique perspective to her practice.
Karen Rezai
Operations Manager
Karen is a seasoned certified online business manager for wellness entrepreneurs with 20+ years of proven managerial experience in both nonprofit and for-profit arenas.
She brings expertise in strategic planning, project, team, operations, automation, and metrics management. In addition to her love of business systems, she’s passionate about equity and inclusion and enjoys supporting leaders in creating organizational cultures of belonging where all can thrive. Karen graduated from Yale University with honors in Psychology and earned a Masters of Public Health in Behavioral Sciences from UC Berkeley
Melinda Webb
Business Development Manager
Melinda is a project specialist and business operations professional, with 15+ years of experience in executive support, data management, and system flow analysis. She combines her strong analytical skills with exceptional communication abilities to support our clients needs. Additionally, she has a proven track record of driving organizational success and efficiency by optimizing operational processes and ensuring seamless workflow management. Melinda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology - Organizational Studies from the University of California, Davis.
